Upgrading and downgrading your account type

There is no minimum required subscription length. Refunds cannot be made on payments after three months of receipt.

Upgrading

You can upgrade your account from Starter to Standard, or from Standard to Power by purchasing a new subscription and cancelling your existing one.
To cancel your existing one you must either:
  1. Cancel from your own PayPal account
  2. Ask us to cancel your subscription
NOTE: If you have paid yearly in advance, a refund of the amount paid proportionally for the remaining term can only be refunded within three months of the start of the yearly payment.If you do not cancel, the payments will continue to be taken from your account. Downgrading

You can downgrade your account by purchasing a new subscription and cancelling your existing one. If you wish to downgrade to the Free account then cancel your existing one.
You must make sure that your Power Music Box storage does not exceed the amount allowed by the new account. You can view your storage by going to 'My Box' in Power Music Essentials, Power Music Professional or Power Music Mac. If your storage exceeds the maximum for the new account you must delete some of your songs to free up enough space. If you do not do this before you cancel your subscription then Cambron Software reserve the right to remove all your songs 30 days after the last payment.
